•Kim Camaratta did such an extraordinary job finding me a new home that I returned to her years later when I needed to sell it. Kim’s customer service is remarkable, including absolutely constant attention to my listing when I was selling, and when I was buying, finding homes on the market that ticked all the boxes of my wish list. Kim is a fierce negotiator, securing the best possible purchase price for my new home and later, a sale price that exceeded all my expectations. Working with her was a joy in so many ways, because her level of attention to detail and problem solving was like having a concierge service addressing every need and answering every question. There was nothing she didn’t think of or couldn’t find time to help me with. Her team is also top notch, including especially the wonderful home stager who did a fantastic job transforming my house in just one day from passable to a showstopper. Kim has never given any less than her absolute best every day we worked together. Overall, Kim's extraordinary customer service, knowledge of the market, negotiating ability and general savvy, make her by far the best agent I have ever worked with. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
