When seeking a home Jeff is the best! We had previously worked with a different agent who we felt wasn't fighting for us when it came to negotiating some repairs, he had an "it is what it is" attitude. Jeff on the other hand worked tirelessly to get us the best fair deal possible. His professionalism and strategy I believe got us the home we wanted, again at a fair price.
