Gene met with us at a time where we were unsure to sell our home and relocate or not. We had recently retired from the military and had only ever purchased homes. Gene walked us through what he felt about our home and made a complicated scenario seem simple. Gene communicated consistently and effectively with us before, throughout, and after the sale of our home. He ensured we left no question or concern unanswered. He provided the attention we and our home needed, as the sale of our home was required to purchase our new home. He ensured we were making the best decisions for us, not for him, which was critical for us to be comfortable with the entire process. I actually told Gene that I wished I could have had him sell us our follow-on home, but it was out of state. I asked Gene often for advice on our agent assisting us with our follow-on purchase.
