Tim responded- immediately, & on a Sunday- to a request I made online for a showing. I had just started the process of looking for a house, and was clueless. He was helpful from the very start, making some suggestions about what steps to take next, & offering advice to help navigate the process ahead. Little he know he’d be stuck with my boyfriend & me for the next 8 months…I think we hold some kind of record for most offers rejected. (Not because of Tim’s negotiation skills!) Through it all, I never felt like he didn’t have time for us, or that he wanted to give up (even when I came close a few times). Besides being efficient, extremely knowledgeable, and thoroughly professional, he’s just, simply put, a good guy. I got a flat tire one morning at a showing, and he put on the spare for me. (And didn’t even make fun of me for running into that curb.) A month ago, we finally found our house, and Tim has been there every step of the way to get us to closing. It’s a big, scary thing, buying a house, but I’ve never doubted that I’ve been in the best hands possible. I would recommend Tim to anyone looking for a house- whether you’re clueless, like me, or this is your tenth home, I know he’ll do everything he can to help, and won’t rest until that house you’ve been dreaming of finally becomes a reality. He did that for us.

There is nothing but amazing things I can say about Tim. He helped us purchase our first home in 2019. As first time home buyers, myself being 7 months pregnant as well.. Tim was very patient and helpful with all of our needs. My husband and I both being veterans, Tim had a thorough knowledge of VA loans and what is to be required from the VA. He gave us honest and realistic advice for the homes we toured. Being first time buyers this was much needed and very appreciated. My husband and I could tell he had our best interest in mind throughout the whole process. I did not feel rushed into a home we were not 100% in love with. After the home buying process, we kept in contact and he became a family friend. We sold the same home in 2021 due to a new job out of state, we knew exactly who to call. The selling process was just as professional as the buying! He even gave wonderful advice to make our home more sellable. We wish we could take him to Oklahoma with us for our home buying experience here! The bar was set high when we found Tim! No one else will compare. Thank you so much Tim Haber!

He promptly communicates and goes out of his way to take care of things swiftly. Tim was recommended to me by quite a few coworkers who had used his services previously. He was honest about my home's value and encouraged me to repaint and recarpet my home to make my house even more marketable. With his help, I was able to enlist the help of a few carpenters (even with the shortage of workers) and listed it for sale within a few weeks! Tim always responded promptly via call or text and helped me accept an offer on my house within a month. Now I no longer have to worry about making two mortgage payments at the same time and can relax knowing the difficult part is finished. I would recommend him as a realtor to anyone looking to buy or sell in this market as he has a lot of knowledge and experience to share!
