•I started looking to buy a house in September of 2020 after years of saving and was referred to Ming Ming by a family member. From the start, she was very patient with me as it was my first home purchase. When we found a house I liked I was hesitant at first, however Ming Ming was insistent telling me that the house was one of the best she had come across in her career. I ended up buying it and couldn’t be happier. As a nice bonus I ended up saving a significant amount of money as I ended up getting the house for close to the asking price. Ming Ming did not encourage me to raise my bid in any way telling me that there were other factors that sellers look at when evaluating an offer. As it turned out, my offer was turned down at first, but was accepted two days later when the other buyer backed out. Proof that persistence pays off. I highly recommend Ming Ming if you are looking to buy your next home.
