•I highly recommend the team of George and Dawn Guillory if you are selling your home. They are the most understanding and compassionate agents we have ever worked with. Their professionalism is above reproach. Dawn has a wealth of knowledge on what will help a house sell. She let us know what we could easily fix or upgrade around the house and what we could just leave be. George walked us through and explained every step of the selling process, making sure we understood what was happening and the what, why and when of what we were signing. Our home selling experience hit some pretty big snags along the way; the first buyer dropped out and then the market changed causing us a lot of anxiety. But George and Dawn were always there for us. When my anxiety was getting the better of me, George was a calming influence; advising patience and instructing us about how the real estate market generally worked. Dawn always let us know that she cared about us first and foremost and not about the sale. She made sure we were comfortable with any decisions that we were making. Whenever we had any questions or concerns, we could call or text George and he would get back to us right away. He was there for the inspections and appraisals and made sure they went smoothly. When we became uncomfortable with some of the obstacles to our sale thrown up by others, George ran interference for us and took care of our interests. We started out this home selling experience only knowing George and Dawn as acquaintances, but we ended the process by considering them as good friends… the type of friends who will be there for you in any difficult situation.
