•Dave went well above and beyond what a reasonable person could ever hope to ask for in helping us sell our Mom's home when she died. He helped us understand the process from beginning to end as none of us had ever sold a home before. He treated it as a true team and all decisions were done collaboratively. The inside of the home needed to be painted and the carpet needed to be replaced as well as some light fixtures. He was on top of it! He organized people to come in and take care of those items for us. Then, he hired the most incredible staging team. By the time the home was ready to list everything looked incredible. We ended up having to replace the complete sewer line; it's worth noting that when you buy a home insist on the inspection prior to sale! Even something as stressful as this costly repair, was handled expertly and quickly with Dave taking the lead. He knew a trustworthy company that competently handled the repair. I have absolutely no reservation in recommending Dave to anyone wanting to sell or buy a home. He was a pleasure to work with.
