Christina truly was our ADVOCATE...

There is a misconception out there, perhaps you have heard it, that anyone could successfully list a house these days. They think all you need to do is punch some numbers into a computer, list the house on the mls (or just put up some signs, frankly) and wait for the sale; wrong. There are all kinds of issues that can arise during the sale of the home and it is crucial that you pick a qualified agent to assist you. Christina truly was our ADVOCATE during the sale of our home. When we needed to track down documentation for our repaired sink hole she called engineering companies, previous owners, the county, you name it. She researched pricing on getting another report done; which again took numerous phone calls. You may think anyone can make phone calls and you would be right. However, not everyone can network with other agents and real estate professionals to collaborate on best strategies or trouble shoot an issue that suddenly arises with a deal. Christina has the resources and the connections to basically make magic happen. If you or someone you care about is looking for a realtor, look no further.
