•I recently worked with Chris Stevens and the Bill Heenan team on a house purchase. I have found Bill to be one of the best realtors I have ever worked with and he is resourceful, engaging and dynamic. Chris is a great addition to the team. Chris and I worked for 3 months to sort through houses in a specific area, with my often picky and idiosyncratic concerns. We sifted through various options, and when a house "clicked" for me, Chris and the team guided me through the process of making an offer that secured the home I chose. Chris was always available and supportive, and I had a great time with him exploring even homes I knew I would never match with as I refined my goals. I have nothing but superlatives for Chris and this team, and will be using them for the upcoming sale of my old house.
