•Donna was my realtor in 2011 when I bought my first house. And she helped me sold the same house 5 years later. She was very patient with me, and also aggressively made attempts to close on deal. I learnt a lot from her through the entire buying/selling process. She would gave me sound advice during the process. During my first home purchase, Donna took me with her for 3-4 trips hunting for home of my interest until we found my dream home. And I got a really good deal with the purchase. I was in another state while selling my house in 2016. Donna recommended a few renovation projects prior to listing. And she actually took care of a few things for me at her own time and cost. Without her help it would be hard for me to sell the house without physical presence. I received multiple offered within a week. While I was hoping for a better deal, I also understand that I needed to sell the house quickly to avoid maintenance cost. Should I move back in the future, I really wish that I will work with Donna again. And I won't hesitate recommending her to others.
