•Steve is an expert in real estate. His experience was appreciated throughout the process. He helped us create an enticing listing, helped us through considering several offers, and saw the process through to closing. Steve offered advice on some home repair items that he knew may be questioned by buyers. We addressed all of those quickly and there were no other red flags afterward. This sale occurred during a strong selling market, but that still creates plenty of work for Steve. He coordinated MANY showings and created the need to be diligent in managing timelines for replies to offers. Steve moved swiftly on all matters throughout the process.
