Let me tell you about Marygrace Liparoto, who we have lovingly given the hashtag queenofrealestate and who should get way more than 5 stars. When we decided to put our house on the market, our friend said, "well, you have to have Marygrace" and truer words have never been spoken. You have to have her as your realtor because having Marygrace on your team is a dream. Throughout our time with her, we felt like we were her only clients. Of course, we were not BUT that's how she makes you feel. Her clients are her top priority and it shows. She was honest and upfront with us and carefully explained everything. Anxious texts? She answered every.single.one and so quickly it was amazing. Frantic calls? She answered every.single.one. 200 year old house? She showed it AND went in the basement first. She is a force. Marygrace helped us get our house ready for showings and offered advice and guidance through the whole deal. She helped us find our perfect home and made it a reality. She navigated us through the stressful times with grace and confidence. We worried about stuff...she didn't bat an eye. I know that you may not understand just how important the decision to work with Marygrace was. But you will, trust me. You WANT this woman on your team. Looking back as we move into our new home, I know we couldn't have done it without her. She will do anything she can to make her clients happy dance in the street. We danced. You will dance too but you need the #queenofrealestate.
