•TL:DR version: Tonette is the real deal; super nice, insanely detailed, extremely knowledge and amazingly friendly!! You'd be doing a disservice not contacting her!! More details below! As being a new resident in the state of Nevada and being a first time home buyer it was near impossible to know where or how to start finding somewhere to live, especially with the speed of today's market! Enter Tonette! She was awesome in not only giving great descriptions of all the different areas, but had great knowledge of every step through the process; she made everything so easy all the way through. A mere two hours after meeting her the first time she had set up a custom search for us and it had started emailing us the new listings. Just a day or two after that we were on the road and looking at not only the houses from the search but others that she noted before coming to meet us! Even if there were days that we couldn't make it out to a listing she was texting us and checking in to see how we were doing with the process! She was there every step of the way! If we had any questions she would respond in what seemed like an instant! Even a couple of days after we closed, there was a problem with the property next door where the sprinklers had been running all night and created a pool of water in that yard and started puddling in ours. Since it was an empty property I called Tonette to find out what to do and within in 20 minutes she had tracked down the listing agent who contacted to the seller who in turn came over to turn the water off which resolved the issue! We would not have been able to complete the home buying process as quick and easily as we did if it hadn't been for Tonette; she's the real deal!!
We were lucky enough to have Tonette represent us in the purchase of our first home. She took a great deal of time and care to prepare us for the home buying process. Tonette ensured that we were ready for the fast-paced Vegas/Henderson housing market. She got us in to see every house that we were interested in, and provided us with tons of information on each of the homes. As soon as we found “the one”, Tonette helped us write a strong offer and we scored our dream home! She was amazing throughout the entire inspection and closing process. We were so nervous about the home buying process, but Tonette was there with us every step of the way. She is super responsive and so easy to talk to. Tonette took all of our worries away. I will definitely recommend Tonette to all of our family and friends.
