•This is the 2nd home Mike has helped sell for me. The first was a manufactured home on Kerr Lake and the 2nd was an Inside the Beltline upscale craftsman house. Regardless of price, location or style, Mike's process and resources got the job done in short order in both cases. Any issue that arose, Mike knew how to resolve it - process issues and how to respond to offers, who to call and get something in the house fixed, his photographer and marketing of the house. His attention to the details, especially regarding all legal documents, was demonstrated many times and his advocacy of you as his client is very much appreciated. I will definitely use Mike again.
