•As a 1st time home buyer Brooke made the experience easy. She is extremely knowledgeable of real estate transactions and walked me through each step until I felt comfortable. Brooke was extremely patient ... and never pushed until we found the property that check all my boxes. We viewed almost 50 properties, after each we discussed its positives and negatives until we found the right one. I would highly recommend her for both the 1st time buyer and/or an experienced buyer, in fact I have already recommended her to a few of my friends, who are now using her for their needs. Additionally, we are now searching for an investment property for me!
