•Before working with La Shon, I had another realtor that I just wasn’t connecting with and the process wasn’t going well. After a recommendation, I went through Homes for Heroes and La Shon reached out right away. From our very first phone call we immediately clicked, and I knew right away she was the person to help me buy my first home. Since I was living in Maryland at the time, she went above and beyond by doing video walkthroughs of homes for me so I could still be part of the process from a distance. When I flew out to Colorado for a week to look at houses, she dedicated so much time to helping me, touring 5–6 homes a day so I could really get a feel for the area and my options. Even though we had a feeling one of the first houses we saw was “the one,” she was incredibly patient and supportive while I explored more homes and figured everything out. As a first-time homebuyer, I had moments where I felt stressed and overwhelmed, but La Shon was always quick to respond, check in, explain things clearly, and calm me down when I felt like I was in over my head. She truly made the entire process smooth and easy to understand. What really meant a lot to me was how she welcomed me into her world while I was in Colorado, even inviting me to her home for a family dinner, which showed how genuine and caring she is as a person. Because of her guidance and dedication, the closing process was extremely smooth and I ended up with the home I truly wanted. I honestly could not have asked for a better realtor. La Shon goes above and beyond, and I would recommend her 1000% to anyone looking to buy a home.
