Since I was living in Maryland at the time, she went above and beyond by doing video walkthroughs of homes for me so I could still be part of the process from a distance. When I flew out to Colorado for a week to look at houses, she dedicated so much time to helping me, touring 5–6 homes a day so I could really get a feel for the area and my options. Even though we had a feeling one of the first houses we saw was “the one,” she was incredibly patient and supportive while I explored more homes and figured everything out. As a first-time homebuyer, I had moments where I felt stressed and overwhelmed, but La Shon was always quick to respond, check in, explain things clearly, and calm me down when I felt like I was in over my head.
