•Jennifer and Todd recently sold our home, and we could not be more pleased with the service and result. Their positivity was infectious, and got us truly excited about selling our home. Going in, they set some pretty lofty expectations, but to our surprise, they delivered on both price and time on market. They were realistic to aggressive in helping us set the price, which is exactly where we hoped to be with our Realtor. Granted, we had an atypical experience of just 48 hours on market, but we feel confident that Jennifer was ready to implement a first-class marketing plan if she had needed to. With respect to contract matters and closing logistics, Todd was very communicative, offered sound advise that was based in experience, and kept everyone calm and focused throughout. We would highly recommend the Markus Team and feel very lucky to have worked with them.
