Neil just helped me sell my first home that I...

Neil just helped me sell my first home that I bought in South Philly 7 years ago and we closed yesterday. I had a previous agent last year for about a year. I thought she was fine at the time but since I've worked with Neil, I now know what a good agent is supposed to do for you. Neil sold our property in 3 months and held numerous open houses to do so.
