•A five star rating is not enough for Stephanie. Her role as Realtor was executed with absolute professionalism, confidence, and tact. The most lasting impression I have, however, is how she performed with aplomb so many other intangible roles during a very complicated process - mentor, coach, therapist, negotiator, and all-around reliable friend. And all on her own volition. There are many easy boxes to check to qualify if a realtor is “good”. With Stephanie, it’s those boxes AND the difficult boxes that get checked - most of which you didn’t even know you valued until she had already taken care of them. The example stories I could share to prove this opinion - and there are countless ones - all conclude like this: trust Stephanie. I learned very quickly that having full trust in her was the best and easiest decision of the whole process. She was responsive, quick, and exact even during our complicated two-fold transaction with a hundred plot twists. We may not be moving again for a while but we’ll know that, when it’s time, our minds will be at ease knowing Stephanie is on our side.
