He's off to a good start

Matt has great guidance through his father a well-known experienced agent in the area. Matt always returned all calls and answered our questions. He is eager to sell. My only issues were after the sale he never thanked us for our business. I realize the market in our area is extremely crazy and he is busy, but near the end, when our closing date changed it would have been appreciated to hear from him rather than through our lawyer, a follow-up would have been nice and a simple thank you would have gone a long way.
