•You will be very happy you hired Judy, I was. Judy sold the twin of my house a few years prior to my sale, which is how I met her. She stayed in touch with me over the years as I had left Marin, so that was not easy. When it came time for me to sell, I knew that she was the right person. I was an absentee seller and Judy brought in her "team." I received bids from her contractor, stager and landscaper. She coordinated the entire project for me. The work of the team was exceptional and the price was a value. Judy marketed the house exceptionally which led to 2 week process ending in a sale at more than listing and an on time close 21 days later. If you are selling, you would make a mistake by not hiring Judy, so what are you waiting for. Judy has by number if you want to hear more.
