•Melissa and her staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the San Antonio market. Michele Hendrix was very patient and understanding of my needs for finding the right home. I would highly recommend Muses Realty and Michele Hendrix for your next home.
We had to do everything remotely due to the COVID-19 crisis. Melissa and her staff were exceptional. She walked us through the entire process, and she was always available for teleconferences to discuss any of our questions. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the area!
Man, what can I say about the service we received from the Real Estate Muses? Their professionalism, promptness, attention to detail, and friendliness were beyond reproach. We could not have asked for a better team to help us look for a property as I moved into medical military retirement and relocated from Illinois. Michele and team came recommended to us from a friend who also retired from the military in the San Antonio area. That recommendation was well placed and we will certainly be recommending the team to anyone we know moving to the area. From the very start, we were in routine communication with Michele, and for a time Melissa as Michele had a family issue arise, and they were always available to answer our questions. Being that we were searching for homes remotely from Illinois, Michele routinely sent us properties to consider using specifics that we needed in a home. As a disabled vet, two-story homes would have presented a great challenge to me. With three pets, two of whom were spoiled by past properties we rented with an enormous back yard, Michele was able to help us hone in on the perfect home, one that we are proud to say that we are living in today. The home we sought was one of the first we laid eyes on when we started our search. During the entire time we waited to visit San Antonio, we were so worried that the home would disappear off the market. Alas, on the second day of looking, we realized that none of the other properties would call to us the way this one did. We actually called in an offer while looking at our second choice property and had an accepted offer the following day. Again, Michele and the entire team are consummate professionals. Do yourself a favor and look no further if you want a team that will provide you with service beyond what you could ever imagine. Thank you, Michele, Melissa, and Real Estate Muses team for all of your help. Melissa, myself, Melanie, and the animals all send our warmest wishes to the team.
I just want to say thank you to Michele and the team at Real Estate Muses for their wonderful help! Michele was a joy to work with, had a depth of knowledge of the local area and the process of home buying, and was responsive and communicative throughout our home search. She made us feel comfortable and most importantly, it was fun spending time with her while looking at houses! Thank you again!
