Kristine's excellent communication style and depth of knowledge made our selling experience smooth

Kristine Grieco is the best realtor we could have wished for to put our home in Ramsey on the market to sell after 56 years. Having grown up in Ramsey herself, having shared some friends with our children was a big benefit. This made everything much easier, because trust and easy communication were quickly established. Kristine is familiar with all different aspects of life in our community, where she now raises her own son. She knows the school system well, the strength of the academic and sports activities, all aspects of a good education. Kristine handled any question regarding important end stage procedures, lawyers, inspectors, water and electricity management, experts needed, and last minute tasks with borough hall. There was not one aspect of the sale in which she could have offered any more assistance. We couldn’t have asked for a more helpful and charming team. Donna became our friend over the course of the 3 months of this truly challenging task, and made our lives so much easier. Thank you again, Kristine, for helping us to say goodbye to a community, where we had been involved for 56 years and left behind many good friends!
