•We have purchased 2 homes in the past year with Kaitlyn Clark as our buyer agent. The first purchase was for our own home, the second purchase was for a rental home and involved a 1031 exchange. She did a lot of research to find the most suitable properties for us. Kaitlyn is very professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, has great communication skills, and is a good problem solver. Both transactions were complicated and Kaitlyn handled every issue that came up with thoughtful expertise in a professional and timely manner. She was always available to interact with us, other agents, and the title companies involved to get things taken care of expeditiously. So happy we chose Kaitlyn to represent us and will be referring her to friends and family!
