Wish I Could Giver Her More Than 5 Stars

I considered myself a life-long renter, not bothered by maintenance issues or lawn care. Then my children started having children and I became concerned about my grandchildren's future. My lease was up, so I posted on Facebook that I was looking for a rental. Quanah responded with rental listings, then one day she asked me why I wasn't buying. She gave me several good reasons for buying and I gave her one reason why I didn't think I could. My credit. I never really thought much about credit because I paid cash for everything, including my rent. I bought all my cars used and with cash. Quanah believed we could do it and so she put me in touch with a lender and between the two of them, I got pre-approved and then approved and before I knew it, we were closing! Quanah made sure that everything worked as it should in the house and those issues that needed attention, she made sure they were attended to. She told me, after the initial inspection, she was going to "make them work and make them pay!" She did exactly that and every contingency was met to my satisfaction before the final inspection and appraisal. I completely trusted her and had all the confidence in her expertise and work ethic. I keep walking out to the street to look at this beautiful home. It's still hard for me to grasp. I've never lived in a place this nice. I thought it was out of my reach. Quanah believed and she helped me to believe, then she, my lender and I set about handling the business of it all. I learned a lot about real estate and home ownership. I learned a lot about faith. Buying a house is very involved, stressful, and complicated. It is not for the faint of heart, but with the right people, it can be a very rewarding process. Quanah McBride is one of those "right" persons. I've been thinking about acquiring a rental property in the future and I will definitely have Quanah on my team again! I highly recommend her and will be forever grateful for the part she played in my life!
