•Michael Smith is by far the most hard working, consummate professional that offers individual, exceptional service as a realtor. From the moment we asked him to meet us to discuss using him as our listing agent to well after the close and sale went through, he provided excellent advise, service and communication. It was like we had a “concierge” instead of a realtor at times. If he didn’t have an immediate answer to a question he followed up and got us the answer quickly. Michael developed a strategy and specific time line that worked with our schedule for listing and held an open house. We were prepared for the likelihood of seeing some interest and maybe some offers within 30 to 45 days but that’s NOT what happened with Michael as our agent. After a single weekend open house, we has more than 15 offers and only 4 at or below our asking price. And no, our asking price was not below market price! This man knows who to use to take the listing photos, prep and stage a home and how to get the work out to other realtors to make things happen. Listen to what he has to say! Do yourselves a favor and don’t make a mistake by using someone else. He’s great to work with and I assure you, you will be as impressed and happy as we were.
