Easy real estate transaction

Thank you to Jennifer and team for helping us sell our home quickly while we were out state. She did site visit while tenants were getting ready to move out. Made her short list for us to do. We flew in for the day and took care of most of thrm. She staged the home. Coming soon on Tuesdsy....live on Thursday.....1st ones through put in very competitive offer waving contingencies and we closed onetime and got our funds before our 1st mortgage paymrnt was due in MA. Last minute issue where buyers decided they didn't want any of the paint we left since they were goung to repsint and jennto the rescue. She got it out Thanks agsin
