•Mareijka is hands-down the best realtor I’ve ever worked with and we’ve bought and sold 7 homes. We were selling in California for the first time and live in another state. She inspired confidence from the first phone call displaying deep knowledge about the market and the process but more importantly listening to us and recognizing what was important to us. Her communication throughout was excellent. She did a great job of explaining any expense needed to prepare the house and why that would return more than we spent by increasing the sales price. She had very clever ideas about how to get the best offer with no post-offer bargaining. That includes much more than price - qualified buyer, no contingencies, fast closing, etc. Bottom line we got an offer in less than a week for 10% over asking (and 20% over Redfin estimate) and closed in 17 days!
