•Virginia Simms has been a godsend to our family. When we moved away from the Dallas area years ago, we asked Virginia to help us find tenants for our rental home. Not only did she find us tenants, she walked us through the entire rental process from hiring contractors to spruce up the house to drafting the lease paperwork to negotiating the terms with the renters. A few years later when we decided to sell our rental house, we asked Virginia again to help us through the selling process. Since we no longer lived in the Dallas area, she facilitated everything for us, including arranging for us to sign the paperwork in our new hometown. Virginia’s integrity, work ethic, and knowledge of the real estate market was such a blessing to our family. I would not hesitate to recommend Virginia to help you sell or rent your home—she is the best out there!
