•Having Stephanie as my realtor was a stroke of good luck. I had considered looking for a home in the Hartwell area off and on for possibly a decade. However, I really wasn't too familiar with the town, services available, or the real estate market. That changed with Stephanie. I learned more than I ever would have hoped. With Stephanie being a resident of the area for more than two decades her knowledge and familiarity was phenomenal. After looking at a number of homes it became a choice of two. Without writing a novel, it's impossible to explain how complicated things got. However, the result was exactly what I had hoped for. Stephanie's patience and tenacity to make it happen was incredible. If anyone is interested in real estate, learning of the area and it's citizens, I feel that Stephanie Walker should be your first choice. In what could have been truly overwhelming she made it a great experience. Chris Forrer
