•Sherman was referred to us by my co-workers when we decided to sell our house and buy one in town. Sherman worked with us from May 2017 to October 2017, our house first sold within 24 hours of being listed, and due to issues outside our control the sale fell through a month later. Sherman, along with his associates made sure to have our house marketed and in the public eye before it finally sold again. In the meantime he helped us get a house in town that fits our needs, he repeatedly went to bat for us and made sure that we were well taken care of and that the sale and purchase were fair for all parties. Working with him was an absolute blast and I look forward to the next time my family needs to sell a house, as it was an absolute joy to work with him over the last several months.
