•The Tricoli team did a great job with both our home selling and our home purchasing journeys. On the selling side, Chase was helpful from the start, the listing and photos were great, and Neil and the feedback team were kind and communicative throughout. We had consistent showings through the whole process and when offers came, Chase gave honest feedback and helped navigate everything. On the buying side, Jelena was patient and kind. We saw a lot of homes, often toting along our two small children, and she never lost patience. When we eventually found the house we purchased, she recognized immediately that it would be ideal for us. She too was honest and realistic based on her knowledge and experience, and she seemed truly excited and happy for us to find the perfect home. Overall, we greatly appreciated the time and effort the team put in on both sides of the process.
