•Chanda is a true business partner who is fully dedicated to getting your home sold. She does not simply go through the same motions as other realtors. She consistently goes above and beyond. For example, when we received feedback that the main drawback of the home was the lack of a pool, she took the initiative to find a local pool company, had them come out to the property, confirm placement options, and create custom renderings for a pool design tailored to the home. She even had poster boards made displaying the designs along with estimated costs for potential buyers. In another instance, when a buyer had questions about the seawall and the nature preserve behind the house, Chanda went out of her way to track down accurate information. She spoke with multiple members of the homeowners association and contacted local government environmental offices to get clear answers. As time went on, she also created a highly professional video tour that showcased the home’s best features and elevated its presentation. Chanda’s level of effort, creativity, and commitment truly set her apart.
