•When I say "everything he could", I mean he literally did everything he could to make the sale of our home as easy as possible. We ran into so many issues, big ones and small ones and John was there to fix them all. We moved 1,500 miles away and had some unfortunate things happen during the sale of our home that caused damage to the house. John was able to get everything fixed and made it feel like it was no big deal. My husband and I literally felt completely helpless and John was there to handle everything. He's also been super wonderful about us buying a new home in Arizona and you can tell that he really cares about us and our new adventures. And those are just the sentimental things that doesn't include the fact that he handled all of the business side of things we never had to worry about any of this. He literally took care of everything. It was effortless for my husband and I we didn't even have to lift a finger. I cannot thank him and his team enough.
