We worked with Sharon several times. Buying a house, listing for rent, and selling a house. She is really knowledgeable for the local house market and has the good negotiation skills. With her kind personality, she never pushes you to make a decision quickly. She already gives you right suggestion instead. When we were selling our house recently, we already moved to different state. Sharon took over our worries, found handyman to do necessary upgrade on our house, Let the house becoming shunning on the market. The house was sold within one week with reasonable price. I would recommend her to my friends.
