•When choosing a real estate agent to handle your sale and/or purchase, you typically look for someone you have a good rapport with. You are, after all, going to be speaking to this person often over the next several weeks, at minimum, not to mention, several times a day. What we forget as homeowners, or soon-to-be homeowners, are the intricacies involved in real estate transactions. We all hope for an easy transaction, but what happens when it’s not? Unfortunately, my sale and my purchase were problematic due to inexperienced agents representing the other parties. Michael handled the issues we encountered with patience and knowledge and talked me off the ledge several times when I was frustrated. I tend to micromanage projects and Michael sensed this. He involved me in every aspect that he intuitively knew I would want to know about, but saved my sanity in other areas that would have sent me over the edge. He addressed each issue with professionalism and respect to the other agents, but also gave a little push back, when needed. He worked with the title companies, loan agents and every other company and person involved, on both the purchase and sale, to make sure everything was done expeditiously and properly to ensure closing on time for both homes. I can tell you from my experience, this is no easy task! Finding an agent with both an easy demeanor and deep experience/knowledge in real estate is a rarity. You often find agents with one, but not the other. Well, I am here to tell you that Michael exhibits both. You can hear the smile in his voice on the other end of the line every time you speak with him, which is both endearing and energizing. And, based on my description above, his professional abilities speak for themselves. I highly recommend Michael for any of your real estate needs. He’s a true gem and a solid guy!
