I have used her services numerous times and Rebecca Puig is a ROCK STAR!!!!!!! She is very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and energetic, has wicked negotiations skills and is always available when I call or wish to meet with her. The first time I used Rebecca's services was a short sale and it went through right away! (It was a long time ago, but I think it closed in less than 45 days!!!) Since then, I have called upon Rebecca several times to aid in my search for homes to purchase for investment. Having been a real estate investor herself, Rebecca is extremely knowledgeable in that field and knew just the kind of properties I was looking for and how to determine whether they would be profitable. This most recent time, I sold a rental house that needed numerous repairs and improvements before the sale. Rebecca suggested which improvements would give me the best return and was EXTREMELY helpful in every stage of the preparation and sale of my property. She was willing to meet at the property to give access to the various contractors and tradesmen when they needed to give estimates and when they actually did the work! She forwarded the estimates, invoices and several test results to me via email and added some nice finishing touches of her own to help make the property more attractive to potential buyers. She and her husband even hauled some old appliances from the garage to the curb for me!!!!!! I cannot say enough good things about Rebecca Puig and would recommend her to anyone!!!!! She will get the job done for you!!!!!
