•Teresa has been truly wonderful to work with and she went above and beyond for our family. We were in search of a property in Vermont where we could spend our summers and winter weekends. We initially met Teresa through a listing we weren't able to travel to see. Having never met us she still treated us like long time clients. She visited the property, ran all the diligence and gave us a full report back. We ultimately passed on the opportunity but we kept in touch with her. A year later we set out in earnest to tour properties on the market together. We benefitted tremendously from Teresa's incredible knowledge on the local market, the property dynamics and pricing. We ultimately discovered our dream property, a 200+ year old farm with existing farmhouse and barn in need of renovation. Teresa guided us through the entire process, which had its complications, displaying her patience and thoughtfulness from start to finish. We went under contract but then had to travel home. Not being present in Vermont during the closing process, she was the key component to getting to a successful close and we are forever grateful to her. She displayed her skills of leadership, attention to detail, keen understanding of the real estate and legal process to make our entire experience enjoyable and successful. We now own and are renovating our dream property in Vermont in large part to Teresa making it happen. We can't recommend Teresa enough for any and all your real estate needs, she is simply the best.
