I can't say enough good things about Daisha. She was so patient with my schedule while I prepped my house to get it ready for listing & sale. She always gave me good advice and always at the right time just when I needed it. I was the original owner of my home for 33 years and I had so much stuff to go through to get my home ready to sell. I will admit, I am not the easiest person to work with, but never once did Daisha shy away from my high-maintenance personality. Daisha was my coach & cheerleader throughout the entire process. She was always there for me and she always understood the many pressures and stresses I was going through. She was able to comfort me when I felt overwhelmed and guided my focus towards what was most important to prepare my home for listing. Daisha is an angel from heaven sent here to help us mere mortals with the challenging task of selling our homes. She was always available to answer any questions I had. Her expertise, calm nature, and wise guidance is above anything I could have ever expected. My home was on the market for 0 (zero) days before we got our first cash offer! Two weeks later I was closing on my house. Without Daisha, this would not have happened. Without Daisha, I would still be lost in my endless punch-list of things that I thought I needed to do to prep my home for sale.
