•Joanna very simply knows her business. She knows her market area and how to find what her client wants. She is a no nonsense agent that has the soul of a work horse. There was never a time we could not reach out to her for advice or bounce ideas off of her. She was clearly concerned about us and what we wanted. Because she knows her market so well she was able to professionally negotiate from a position of knowledge that many real estate agents dont have. Us, not being form that area, she has been an even more valuable asset after the sale. We wish her the best!
