TOP NOTCH AGENT !!

We met Donna when looking at a house we were interested in. It was during a crazy housing Market where houses were disappearing in days. When that property did not work out, Donna went to work finding and showing us properties that fit our needs and budget. Through her Diligence, after looking at a number of places, we found a place that fit us perfectly. The property was slightly out of our budget, but Donna was determined, to find a way, to get us into our dreamhouse, one way or another. Through her experience, we were able to make a deal "Contingent" on selling our current house. At the time, it was unheard of, for a seller to accept a contingent offer, but Donna was able to make it happen. Once again, Donna went to work getting our house on the market, tirelessly finding prospective buyers, and within no time, we had a deal to sell our house. Donna was there for us every step of the way, and made the whole complicated process, seem easy for in-experienced people as ourselves. We never would have thought it possible to own such a beautiful house and property, especially in the area we needed. We can never Thank Donna enough, for helping make our dreams come true.
