•Amy Herrmann has been our family’s go-to Realtor for well over a decade. Amy assisted our daughter with her first home purchase. Then she helped our daughter’s sell that home and buy her second home. Later, Amy helped her sell her second home and purchase her third and current home. As the transactions evolve, Amy is calm, collected and her experienced advice is competently demonstrated through the Real Estate buying or selling process. A decade ago, Amy represented us in a private land purchase when the sellers were unwilling to pay a commission. Amy graciously accepted a much reduced fee from us, as the buyers, for her time and talent. More recently, Amy researched, visited or showed us at least 20 farm properties in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Her work - her personal visits, research and first person ldescriptions - helped rule in or out our own visit to a property. Amy was invaluable in recommending several professionals for everything from home and septic inspections to locksmiths for after the purchase changes. Prior to closing, no detail was left unmonitored. We were amazed, but not surprised by how confidently she guided us through and simplified the complexity of a real estate transaction. You would be hard-pressed to find a better Real Estate representative to work on your behalf.
Amy helped us for two years to find the perfect home. She was patient, helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and overall excellent! Amy went above and beyond what one might expect from a real estate agent.
