•We honestly cannot thank Donna enough for all her hard work. She came in with a strong knowledge of the area, market and what needed to be done. She understood us, our struggle with balancing work, three children, moving etc. Other realtors would wait until inspections, she wanted to be ahead of the game and make sure there were not any surprises. This came in hand with us as we wanted a quick sale and to close smoothly. She gave her advice before we listed, we did what we needed to do and the day it was listed there were multiple viewing requests. The following day we had a wonderful offer with a quick closing. Since we had already moved out, Donna handled supervision/organization of the final projects that needed to be completed. She knew who to go to, in order to have work done properly and cost effectively. (handy man, cleaners, heating/cooling etc.). She truly went above and beyond. We never doubted her abilities and I would use her again in a heart beat!!! She loves her job and her record shows that she can get the job done right!
