•Joann was referred to us by our daughter because of the experience she had with buying and selling their first home and purchasing their current home . From the start to signing she manages the whole process. He has a many years of experience and it really shows. We had to perform multiple repairs to the house that required appointing contractors for estimates and she handles all of this advising you every inch of the way. She makes multiple visits to the house for inspections during the repair process. All the contractual agreements were done via email so you never have to leave home to complete the legal and paperwork process. Can not say enough how easy she made the whole process. She is great to talk to , friendly , professional and personable. Not only did we hire a fantastic agent but also made a new friend. I mean every word I have said that she is a fantastic agent and you would benefit hiring her .
