Brad was in constant contact with me about...

Brad was in constant contact with me about houses coming on the market that met my specifications. His ability to respond quickly and his willingness to drop everything to show me any house I wanted to see, really helped me get an idea of what the market had to offer and helped me move quickly in the fast moving market. He went above and beyond when he contacted me while I was on vacation and told me that the perfect house for me was back on the market in one of my favorite neighborhoods. He explained that we had to move quickly, and I would need to make my offer that day. Since I obviously wouldn't have been able to see it in person, he took me on a FaceTime walkthrough and confirmed that it was the perfect house for me. We wrote up the offer and 40 days later, the house was mine. :)
