DENISE is simply THE BEST!

We have known Denise for 6 years now. She first helped us to buy our first home in Denver. I remember Denise drove me around showing me different neighborhoods South of Denver. I think we saw over 20 homes in about 2 weeks. Coming from a different state and different house styles, I was learning about basements, humidifiers, different builders, etc. Denise had a lot of patience with me, and she always went above and beyond my expectations to answer any questions or concerns. We purchased our first home in Castle Pines, Co. It was such a wonderful experience, very easy to work with, always available to answer our phone calls, and if she was not available she always called us back right away. My husband and me have purchased and sold several homes in our 32 years of marriage. We have moved a lot because of my husband’s job. We have worked with many realtors and Denise is just not an amazing very profesional real estate agent, she became our friend. Her people’s skills and manners to treat customers make her simply the best! We have not worked with another person like Denise. Buying and selling a home can be very stressful but working with Denise you know that she is really working hard for YOU. It’s not about her commission and a pay check. For Denise her customers are very important and she makes you feel it. After a few years in Denver we had to sell our home in Castle Pines and we called Denise. Our house got multiple offers the open house weekend. It was fantastic, we had to work with Denise and her team to prep the house for the open house and it all paid off, we sold our home FAST, and we moved back to Texas. After a couple of years and my husband and I really missed Denver. So we called Denise and she helped us again with the purchase of our townhome. The experience was very unique because we were in Texas and she was helping us long distance and in a different time zone. We knew that working with Denise was the best decision we could have ever made.
