•We had Eleisha Boyles and Peggy Hagan assist us in selling my father’s place in Murrells Inlet, SC. Eleisha and Peggy were a great asset to us in selling the place especially since we do not live there nor have ever lived in the area. They identified what needed to be done to get the house ready to sale and who could do the work to get this done in a timely fashion. It was great not having to go back and forth from where we lived to Murrells Inlet to have all the work that needed to be done. Through Eleisha’s and Peggy’s assistance we could do all of this remotely after our first time going to the house when we knew we were ready to sale. We especially appreciated Eleisha’s keen eye in identifying any issues with the house—things we didn’t notice. Eleisha is meticulous, an excellent characteristic. In addition, she’s a bit a bull dog in her persistence in moving things forward, a much appreciated characteristic. She gave good advice on the various offers we had and proved to be level-headed. All of this while being a very pleasant person to work with.
