She is diligent, responsive, patient, and kind while going out of her way to locate a a home in the Rucker Hill neighborhood where we had our heart set on finding a house with a water view. What we found was that Lucie held local knowledge about this particular area, which was a huge advantage. She worked her real estate magic to locate an off-market/unlisted property with a water view in the heart of Rucker. She then worked diligently with the seller on our behalf and we are now in our wonderful new home. As others say, Lucie took our late night calls and answered all of our questions with patience and reassurance. After the purchase was complete, she shared information about our utilities and other home services that we can contact as we need. There isn't enough space here to say all the things Lucie did for us in our home buying adventure. She is just what we were hoping for.
