Absolutely the best experience we’ve had with selling a home!

Absolutely the best experience we’ve had with selling a home. It was a complete maze with the permits, documentation and approvals. From the very beginning up through the closing we were kept completely aware and comfortable with what was required from us. And as we were cross country it was all that more challenging. Ed and Therese had terrific knowledge of the market, pricing strategy and the timing for our sale. They recommended some minor cosmetic changes such as paint, and coordinated with a very talented stager. The paperwork for San Francisco properties is daunting, but they made it relatable. And their knowledge base was always evident throughout. We recommend them highly. They are not only accomplished, they are also charismatic and charming! A true delight from start to finish.
