•Our experience with Arnold Pena was excellent! Arnold was extremely helpful from the moment we first spoke to the moment he handed us the keys to our new house. He explained everything in detail, every step. He was patient and showed us all the properties we wanted to see, even when we weren't excited for a property, he still wanted us to see it. Arnold understands the value of people's money and bargains hard for his clients (us), and if things weren't quite right with the seller, he was there on the spot to correct it, for example for us, final inspection there was a discrepancy, a small one which I was willing to waive, but instead, Arnold made sure the seller corrected it, and I appreciate that he worked that hard to the end even though he didn't have to. However, it shows his great character, that of someone willing to go the extra mile. I definitely recommend Arnold, and I will be calling upon him once again.
